Welcome, Montana Veteran Supporters!

Please join us for the largest DAV fundraiser in Montana: a fun two-day 3-person golf scramble at Bill Roberts Golf Course and Green Meadow Country Club in Helena, Montana. Golfers are encouraged to dress in Patriotic Attire. Prizes for the best dressed and best-decorated cart will be given away on Saturday.

Event Timeline

Thursday, July 18th - 6 PM Tailgate - Green Meadow Country Club

• Join us for the Calcutta, food, fun, and games!
• A portion of the money from the Calcutta will be donated to the Montana DAV to support our local Montana Veterans.

Friday, July 19th - Bill Roberts Golf Course or Green Meadow Country Club

Check with your Team Captain for your starting location.

• 7:00 AM - Check-In Table Open at both courses
• 8:00 AM - Opening Ceremony (join us in front of the clubhouse to honor our great country)
• 8:30 AM - Shotgun Start
• Afterward, join us for snacks, drawings, prizes, 50/50, and more!

Saturday, July 20th - Bill Roberts Golf Course or Green Meadow Country Club

• 7:00 AM - Check-In Table Open at both courses
• 8:30 AM - Shotgun Start
• Afterward, join us for snacks, drawings, prizes, 50/50, and more!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Opens on April 11th at 8 AM:

$900 per 3-person team

$50/Cart Seat (All Players will be riding)

You may bring your own cart.

At the time of registration, you will need to:

• Team general information
•  Payment by Credit Card (a 3/5% processing will be added)
• An email will be distributed on May 1st asking the team captain for the remainder of the team player information.
