Invest in Helena was formed to facilitate connections that lead to the responsible and authentic growth of our community and help the next group of investors succeed.

Due to the interest in our first panel discussion, we will be hosting a three-part educational series diving deeper into topics related to investment and development.

There will only be 50 spaces available for each workshop, so don't wait to get your ticket. The event will be formatted so that participants have time with each panelist in a small breakout group for a more interactive experience. After the workshop, there will be time set aside to network with other forward-thinking individuals who have an interest in investing in our community. Tickets for each session may be purchased separately or as a bundle for a discounted rate.

• Various ways to structure and protect your investment
• Getting financing from banks, lending agencies, and creative financing options
• Working with an accountant to maximize your profit and understand local tax law
• If partners are going to be involved in a project, how do you craft an agreement or contract
